Terms of Service

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when using the Complymerce website and engaging our services.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. About Complymerce

Complymerce provides services relating to Amazon account registration, KYC and verification support, Account Health and compliance support, ASIN compliance investigations, and marketplace compliance assistance for Amazon sellers and brands. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The exact scope of the services we provide depends on the specific service you engage us for, as described on the relevant service page or agreed with you directly (for example, Registration & KYC Support, ASIN Compliance Investigation, Marketplace Compliance, or Compliance Defense & Remediation). Where a service includes specific inclusions or pricing, these are set out on the corresponding service page or in our direct communication with you.

3. No Guaranteed Amazon Outcome

Complymerce provides support, investigation, documentation review, guidance, and case preparation. We do not control, and do not guarantee, any decision made by Amazon or any other marketplace. In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • KYC or verification approval
  • Account reinstatement
  • Listing restoration
  • ASIN removal or suppression outcomes
  • Enforcement action against any third party
  • Specific review or processing times

Amazon and other marketplaces make their own independent decisions in every case.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when engaging our services, and to cooperate with the steps reasonably required to support your case, including providing documentation in a timely manner. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide to us and to Amazon.

5. Identity and Verification Steps

Where Amazon requires identity-sensitive actions directly from the account holder — such as selfies, video verification, declarations, or other personal confirmations — those steps must be completed by the relevant individual directly with Amazon. Complymerce does not, and cannot, complete these steps on your behalf.

6. ASIN Investigation Services

Where you engage us for an ASIN compliance investigation, we review the available evidence relating to the product or listing in question. Not every ASIN submitted for review will necessarily result in a report — reports are prepared only where, in our assessment, a sufficient basis exists. Any decision on a submitted report, including whether to act on it, remains entirely with Amazon and is outside Complymerce's control.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as displayed on the relevant service page at the time of purchase, or as otherwise agreed with you directly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Complymerce website, including its content, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Complymerce and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our website content without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference in connection with our services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documentation.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
  • Misuse our services to make unsubstantiated or bad-faith reports against third parties.

10. Confidentiality

We treat case information, documents, and business details you share with us as confidential, and we use them only to provide the services you have requested. We do not disclose your identity to third parties as the reporting party in connection with an ASIN investigation, except where required by the applicable reporting channel or by law.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Amazon and other marketplaces operate independently of Complymerce and are governed by their own terms of service, policies, and decision-making processes. We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or availability of any third-party platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Complymerce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including losses relating to marketplace decisions outside our control.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end the provision of services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse our services. You may end an engagement with us in accordance with the terms agreed for the relevant service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
